Sales Representative

About the Role

Ify Klozet is looking for a sales representative to be responsible for managing sales related activities in the organization. Duties will include customer relationship and sales conversion.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inbound calls, online chats, and other sales enquiry.
• Answer and respond to customer inquiries.
• Attend to sales in maintaining customer relationships.
• Prepare sales reports on a periodic basis.
• Meeting sales goals.
• Developing sales related content to engage customers and boost sales online.
• Managing of social media pages.

Requirement and Qualification

• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office suite would be advantageous
• Customer-centered focus
• A high level of professionalism
• Proficiency in the use of Social Media Accounts (Instagram, facebook, whatsapp etc,)
•  A good content creator
• Waec/Diploma
• Applicant must live within Ikeja and its environs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
