Job Position: Sales Representative

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Days: Mondays to Saturdays
Expected Start Date: 28 Feb. 2023

Job Description

• We are looking to hire a Sales Representative to deliver an excellent customer centric approach to all communication with her clients.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers courteously
• Discuss concept and design details with head designer
• Attend to customers courteously
• Be all smiles and welcoming
• Ensure customer has a positive experience and gives positive feedback
• Ensure all complaints are resolved in a timely manner
• Assist in creating innovative styles
• Determine suitable fabric requirements and select materials for project
• Document and preserve all illustrations, patterns and design layout for future reference
• Coordinate and collaborate with the production team in producing quality product
• Be part of the creative and detailing process
• Deliver quality finished product in time
• Take proper records during consultation and needs assessment
• Ensure customer has a positive experience and gives positive feedback
• Ensure all complaints are resolved in a timely manner
• Perform other duties as needed
• Be all smiles and welcoming

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND or Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year of experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skill
• Good listening and problem solving skills
• Experience as a sales rep in a fashion industry is an added advantage
• Excellent fashion sense is an added advantage
• Emotionally intelligent and great interpersonal skills
• Smart
• Proximity to the Island is much preferable

Salary
N50,000.00 - N100,000.00 / Month
