We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Senior Architect

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Position

• We are looking for a Senior Architect to carry out design and execute projects.

Responsibilities

• Designing interior and exterior architectural and building projects.
• Attending and coordinating internal and external meetings with project team members.
• coordinating project timelines in accordance with client expectations and project resourcing.
• Leading project teams on various projects.
• Inspection and supervision of projects on site.

Qualifications

• B.Sc in Architecture
• 3-5 years of working experience.
• A Passion for Architecture and Diligence.
• A very high proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling skills and rendering softwares – Revit, Sketchup, ArchiCAD
• Good knowledge of Photoshop.
• Ability to supervise.
• Excellent detailing skills.
• Innovative skills in problem solving.
• Excellent personality in Loyalty, honesty and work ethics.
