Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with expertise in Django to join our Technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems that power our web applications. This role requires a deep understanding of Django framework, database management, and API integration.

Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Django.
• Create RESTful APIs to support frontend applications.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
• Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in backend development with Django.
• Proficient in Python and Django REST Framework.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proven experience as a Backend Developer with expertise in Django framework
• Strong understanding of database management and SQL
• Experience with databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services
• Proficiency in version control systems such as Git
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Docker and containerization.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
