Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Senior Process Engineer
Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job type: Contract
Start Date: 24th July, 2025.
Job Description
- Perform process optimization studies and recommend solutions to optimize existing installations.
- Support Offshore Operations and SMART Room with flow assurance, process trouble shooting and production optimization activities.
- Recommend facility and / or equipment modification and optimization work programs and prepare the corresponding Scope of Requirements (i.e., Feasibility, Pre-project studies or SMRs).
- Participate in developing safety-related modifications to facilities and corresponding engineering documents (P&IDs, ESD and Fire and Gas logic Diagrams, Flare radiation and capacity, PSVs, HIPS, ...)
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Eng Degree in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Professional experience: 6+ years of process engineering studies, including site operations exposure.
- Required skills: familiar with the use of process simulation tools such as HYSIS; ProII; OLGA; Flaresim
