Job Position: Site Engineer

Job Location: Ondo Town, Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities


  • Rolan Foundation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee all activities on active construction projects.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for material accountability, ensuring worker productivity and providing daily reports on site activities.
  • The responsibilities of the candidate will include managing all aspects of construction sites including material procurement, inventory control and resource allocation;
  • Ensure workers adhere to project plans and design, safety regulations and quality standards;
  • Monitor work performance and provide constructive feedback to improve efficiency;
  • Conduct daily site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure adherence to building codes;
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors and workers.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments;

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of experience.
  • The candidate must be proficient in construction software;
  • Must be able to develop project plans including scope, schedule and budget;
  • Must have a strong understanding of construction methods, materials and building codes;
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team member.
