Job Summary

• We're seeking an experienced Social Media and Events Officer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Manage event materials production
• Research current trends and audience preferences
• Design and implement social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and X
• Generate engaging content (text, photos, videos, reels)
• Respond to queries and monitor customer reviews
• Stay updated on social media design tools and trends

Qualifications

• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
