Job Position: IT Support Officer

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support to staff, ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT systems, hardware, and software within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
• Monitor system performance and ensure adherence to IT security standards.
• Assist with routine system backups, updates, and documentation.
• Support the setup of new users, including account creation and system access.

Requirements

• OND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
