Job Description

• Laboria is seeking a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media / Content Executive to manage our digital presence and drive engaging content across our social media platforms.
• This role is ideal for someone who understands storytelling, brand voice, and audience engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.).
• Create written, visual, and short-form video content aligned with Laboria’s brand and objectives.
• Manage daily social media posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Monitor trends, audience insights, and platform analytics to optimize content performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, product launches, and corporate communications.
• Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating digital content.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools).
• Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
