Job Position: Social Media Executive & CRM Officer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive & CRM Officer to manage our online presence and customer engagement strategies.
• This professional will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns, managing customer databases, and optimizing communication to enhance brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.)
• Create engaging content (text, image, video) aligned with brand voice and marketing goals
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent branding
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices

CRM Management:

• Maintain and update the customer database (CRM system)
• Segment audiences for targeted campaigns and communications
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns and customer journeys
• Analyze customer behavior and feedback to improve engagement and retention
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience
• Generate reports on CRM performance and customer insights

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in social media management and CRM systems
• Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
• Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
• Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and reporting
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in paid social media advertising
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles
• Familiarity with customer lifecycle and retention strategies
• Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
