We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Social Media Manager / Content Creator

Job Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Role Overview

• This is a hybrid creative role for someone who understands content, audience psychology, and brand growth. You will own our digital presence—creating content that converts attention into leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content (video, graphics, captions) for social media platforms
• Manage and grow company social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Develop content calendars aligned with property launches and campaigns
• Shoot basic content on-site (properties, office activities, client moments)
• Edit short-form videos and static content for marketing use
• Track engagement and optimize content based on performance

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in content creation/social media management.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting and content trends
• Basic video editing and graphic skills (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Proven ability to grow and manage a page professionally
• Must be fully available for on-site work

Compensation
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month (based on experience)
