Job Position: Social Media Manager
Job Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage, create, and publish original, high-quality content.
• Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Creative teams to align strategies.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels.
• Work with analysts to evaluate social media performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of social media management experience.
• Proven track record of developing social media strategies and managing social media platforms.
• Experience in content creation and branding.
• Proficiency with analytics tools and social media management tools.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Dynamic leadership skills with an ability to motivate and drive the team.
• Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational abilities.
• Adaptive to changing goals and challenges.
• High level of initiative and works well in a team environment.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
