Job Position: Social Media Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement content strategies for daily/weekly posts across all platforms
• Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and online inquiries timely
• Create monthly content calendars, campaign plans, and performance reports
• Collaborate with the design and clinical team to produce branded graphics, videos, and educational posts
• Promote clinic services, offers, and events through sponsored ads and influencer outreach
• Analyze engagement metrics to improve reach and customer conversion
• Maintain a consistent tone, branding, and visual identity across platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing business social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Proficiency in Canva, content planning tools, and Meta Business Suite
• Strong copywriting and customer engagement.
