Job Summary

• As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with our target audience, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
• Create engaging and informative content, including text, images, and videos, for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Foster a positive and supportive online community.
• Track and analyze social media metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on social media activities and results.
• Curate and share relevant industry news, articles, and case studies.
• Actively engage with our audience through comments, messages, and discussions.
• Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to target specific demographics and achieve marketing goals.
• Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address negative online sentiment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the construction or related industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent content creation and writing skills.
• Creative and innovative thinking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools.
• Experience with paid social media advertising platforms.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
