About the Job

• We're seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to develop and implement engaging social media strategies, promoting our artists, music releases, and label events, while growing our online presence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube)
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and online presence
• Monitor analytics and adjust content strategies
• Stay up-to-date with music industry trends and social media platform changes
• Create and curate engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos)
• Collaborate with artists, marketing, and A&R teams to create content promoting music, tours, and projects
• Assist in managing artist social media accounts
• Manage social media advertising campaigns (budget, targeting, optimization)
• Foster online community engagement and respond to fan inquiries
• Coordinate social media contests, giveaways, and promotions

Growth Target:

• Grow followers by 50% quarterly across all platforms
• Increase engagement by 50% through targeted content and campaigns
• Expand social media presence to new platforms (e.g., Twitch, Discord)
• Develop and execute influencer partnership strategies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of music industry trends and social media platforms
• Excellent writing, graphic design, and video editing skills
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and social media management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with music marketing or record label operations
• Knowledge of email marketing tools
• Familiarity with paid social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager)
