Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Manager and Web3 Content Creator to join our growing team.
• You will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that support our brand awareness, engagement, and growth objectives.
• You have a proven track record of successfully managing social media platforms and campaigns that have delivered measurable results and considerable success working in payments, fintechs, crypto, Web3 and B2B or merchant financial service providers.

You will

• Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing and business goals.
• Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Manage and grow our social media channels by increasing followers, engagement, and conversions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms and technologies.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries and comments, and manage social media customer service inquiries.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to develop and execute social media campaigns that support key business initiatives.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably with a marketing or advertising agency.
• Working knowledge of the Blockchain, cryptocurrency and Web3 space.
• Experience with social media advertising and budget management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write compelling social media content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for social media marketing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
