Job Position: Social Media Manager
Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Social Media Manager will be responsible for building and managing Luxsit Integration’s digital presence across social media platforms.
• The role focuses on brand visibility, audience engagement, lead generation, and showcasing completed projects and solutions in a compelling and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
• Manage daily social media activities, including comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Promote company projects, services, and brand values through consistent storytelling.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare regular analytics reports.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams on campaigns and launches.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
