Job Position: Social Media Manager
Job Location: Omole Phase 1, Ikeja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Developing Social Media Strategies:

• Formulating and implementing social media strategies to achieve specific business goals, such as increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and generating leads.
• Conducting research and analysis to identify target audiences, relevant platforms, and effective content formats.

Content Creation and Management:

• Creating engaging and shareable content, including text, images, videos, and other formats, tailored to each social media platform.
• Scheduling and publishing content at optimal times to maximize reach and engagement.

Community Engagement:

• Responding to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers and customers.
• Moderating social media conversations and addressing negative feedback or issues.

Social Media Analytics and Reporting:

• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
• Analyzing data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and improve results.

Staying Up-to-Date:

• Keeping abreast of the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Experimenting with new features and formats to stay ahead of the curve.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 per month.
