Summary

• We’re hiring a creative Social Media Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in diagnostic, laboratory, or wellness services.
• You’ll drive brand visibility, engagement, and sales through compelling content, smart strategy, and effective ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content (photos, videos, graphics) aligned with brand identity.
• Plan and manage paid ads on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Manage community engagement and influencer collaborations.
• Support product launches, promotions, and sales-driven campaigns.
• Monitor analytics and adjust strategies for optimal performance
• Engage with followers professionally and promptly
• Coordinate digital promotions, raffles, and client engagement activities
• Work closely with management to maintain consistent brand messaging
• Ensure online reputation management and customer interaction tracking

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• 3–5 years of social media/digital marketing experience in diagnostics or wellness services.
• Strong skills in content creation, storytelling, and paid advertising.
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
• Creative, data-driven, and detail-oriented.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
