Matrix Design & Works, a leading Furniture manufacturing company in Lagos, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Social Media Personnel
Job Location: Sangotedo, Lagos
Employment type: Fresh graduate / NYSC with Graphic Design Skills

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
• Establish a strong social media presence, website and content development.
• Establish a knowledge store house of clients, referrals, by supervising database of client relationship management and utilize the result to manage client & mailing list
• Respond to queries & complaints from clients as regards the company’s product & service.
• Implement customer satisfaction survey to understand customer perception of organization’s products and services.
• Network and establish a strong relationship with other companies i.e. online vendors (konga, Jumia, jiji etc) and shop outlets.

Requirements

• Degree in any related course.
• Graphic Design Skills
• Proximity to location
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Graphics design, Ms. Word, PowerPoint etc.
• Candidates should reside in Ajah or its environs.
