Job Position: Social Media Socialist

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• We require the skills of a creative, forward-thinking, and organized social media specialist to join our growing team. In this position, you will interact with targeted virtual communities and network users to promote our services.
• You must be able to create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms as well as act quickly and gracefully to resolve any customer complaints or criticisms posted on social media.

Qualifications

• 1- 3 years work experience in social media or digital marketing
• Good knowledge of social media marketing tools and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Be able to create and distribute engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
• Have a good understanding of social media KPIs.
• Create and implement social media marketing plan and editorial calendar.
• Grow and expand company’s social media presence on all social media platforms such Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Basic graphic design skills.
• Basic video editing is an asset.
