Job Description

• We are seeking an intelligent, teachable and detail-oriented Software Support Engineer to join our team. This is an entry-level role, ideal for candidates with little or no experience, who has a strong technical background, an engineering or mathematics graduate who has passion for troubleshooting software issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and diagnose software issues.
• Assist in software installations, updates, and configurations.
• Identify patterns in reported issues and suggest improvements to the software.
• Support customers in understanding software features and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• A graduate of Engineering or Mathematics or Computer Science.
• Basic understanding of operating systems and databases .
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
