The Juice Bar in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos is a quick-service restaurant specializing in all things food and juices. We have our signature drinks in juices, smoothies, coffee and we offer delicious salads as well.

Duties:

To manage inventory, purchasing duties and the supply chain.

Requirements


  • Excellent knowledge of inventory and supply chain management
  • Must be very organized
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
  • Knowledge of local markets
  • Must be comfortable working with data and figures
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in the food industry is desirable
  • First degree preferable. But proven work experience is essential
