Job Summary

• The Pharmacy Store Officer is responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and issuance of pharmaceutical products and supplies.
• The role ensures proper inventory control, accurate record-keeping, and efficient stock management to support the smooth operation of the pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming drugs and medical supplies against invoices or delivery notes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual or digital systems.
• Monitor stock levels and notify management of low-stock or overstock situations.
• Ensure proper storage conditions for drugs according to regulatory and manufacturer standards.
• Conduct regular stock-taking, reconciliation, and report discrepancies promptly.

Qualifications and Skills

• OND, HND, or B.Sc in Pharmacy Technology, Science Laboratory Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in inventory or store management (preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting).
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and storage requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Integrity, accountability, and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
