Job Title: Supervisors

Location: Port Harcourt

We need the services of Supervisors to:

Accomplish departmental objectives by supervising staff; organizing and monitoring work process.

• Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.
• Accomplish staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; conducting training; implementing enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards; adhering to legal regulations.
• Complete operations by developing schedules; assigning and monitoring work; gathering resources; implementing productivity standards; resolving operations problems; maintaining reference manuals; implementing new procedures.
• Control expenses by gathering and submitting budget information; scheduling expenditures; monitoring variances; implementing corrective actions.
• Provide quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
• Check production output according to specifications
• Submit reports on performance and progress
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
• Report all accidents, incidents and near misses in accordance with procedures
• Ensure compliance to HSE rules
