Job Position: Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

• We're seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our supermarket's supply chain operations.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective movement of goods from suppliers to our stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the entire supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and other stakeholders
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, operations, and sales
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a supermarket or retail environment
• Proven track record of improving supply chain efficiency and reducing costs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
