Job Position: Supply Chain Officer (Stock & Logistics)

Job Location: Thera Annex, Sangotedo - Lagos

Work Type: Mon - Fri (In-Office), Sat (At-Home)
Hours: 8 AM - 6 PM

About the Role

• We're Looking to Hire a "Supply Chain Officer"to Work at the office at Sangotedo, Lagos, Nigeria.
• As a Supply Chain Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless stock management, stock coordination, and timely deliveries across multiple locations.
• This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing company where your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction and business performance.

Key Responsbilities

• Stock Management:Monitor, maintain, and reconcile stock levels across all branches/locations.
• Stock Waybills:Process waybills for stock transfers to various state branches and ensure timely restocking at all locations/branches.
• Delivery Management:Book and coordinate local deliveries via Gokada, InDrive, and other logistics platforms within Lagos.
• Stock Reconciliation:Conduct regular audits with delivery agents to reconcile stock and address discrepancies.
• Delivery Agent Relationships:Build and maintain strong relationships with delivery agents to ensure reliable and cost-effective service.
• Operational Efficiency:Identify and implement strategies to improve logistics processes, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.

Requirements
Experience:

• At least 1-year of experience in supply chain management.
• Prior experience with delivery agents/partners around Nigeria is a strong advantage.

Skills:

• Excellent stock management and distribution skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Sheets and CRM software for tracking and reporting.

Technical Knowledge Needed:

• Google sheet for stock management

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month
