We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Supply & Procurement Officer
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Identifying any discrepancies in customer and Original Equipment Manufacturer Purchase order and preparing internal correction and permission prior to external communication.
• Managing updating and monitoring open orders spreadsheet
• Maintaining a record of all communication with Original Equipment Manufacturer and customer in respect of all orders
• Generate reports on Purchase order progress, completion dates and production challenges
• Provide weekly update to our customers in relation to their orders and estimated delivery dates
• Track orders from placement through delivery
• Passing relevant items information to our logistics manager and colleagues for processing
• Inspect orders upon arrival to ensure the correct quantity and product are supplied.
• Updating goods inventory record
• Accompanying the delivery of goods to our customers instructed warehouse within Nigeria.
• Prepare Request for Quotes.

Requirements

• HND / BSc Degree in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
• Familiar with engineering documentation
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills; advanced problem-solving skills;
• Technical skills in oil and gas industry; excellent attention to detail;
• Proficient with Microsoft office; multi-tasking abilities;
• Interpersonal skills; communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Organisation skills; time-management skills;
• Investigative skills; team work; integrity; honesty
• Innovative and expanding company.

Remuneration
N150,000 - N190,000 Monthly.
