MK Trend Limited - Our client, a Fintech company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Tele Loan Collection Officer
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Days: Mondays -Fridays (in a month you are expected to work Two Saturdays and Two Sundays with days for Off)

Duties include

• You will be involved in Calling Customers via phone calls to recover loans.It is an in-office Role.
• Reviewing the company debtor list.
• Negotiating suitable payment plans.
• Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.
• Responding to customer queries.
• Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
• Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payment.
• Contacting lawyers and insurance agencies to facilitate payments.
• Maintaining customer payment records.
• Preparing customer financial statements for banks and the state credit department.
• Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.

Qualifications

• A minimum of OND
• 2 years of work experience.
• Age bracket :20-25 years

Net Salary
N80,0000 - N900,000 Monthly [Basic Salary is N50,000 +Transport Allowance + Feeding Allowance + Overtime Pay + Commission + Performance Bonus ]. Kindly Note that your Salary is not based on Target).
