Job Position: Telemarketer / Customer Support Representative
Job Location: Lagos

About the Job

• Maxibuy is seeking Lagos based customer support representatives to lead our Customer Support Unit and attend to our customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Generate sales leads.
• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements

• HND or a degree in Communications or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Experience working in customer support and sales.
