JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with team members on the call floor to meet sales and performance goals.
- Communicating effectively and building rapport with potential clients telephonically with the main goal of scheduling them for a sales presentation.
- Maintain detailed records of outbound and inbound calls as well as follow up with new and existing customers.
- Maintaining enthusiasm and professionalism in dealing with customers.
- Contributes to teamwork in order to achieve established KPIs
- Meet or exceed projected weekly and monthly sales goals.
