Job Position: UI / UX Designer

Employment Type: Contract (1-Month)

Job Description

• We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer for a one-month contract to work on a major project for our fast-growing startup. 
• The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
• As our UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating the Admin Web App, User Web App, and User Mobile App interfaces from concept to final design, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience across all platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the project lead and development team to understand requirements and user needs
• Ensure consistency in UI elements and design language across all screens and platforms
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations
• Prepare and hand off final design assets and style guides to developers
• Design high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Create responsive designs for web (admin & user) and mobile (user) applications
• Ensure designs follow best practices for usability, accessibility, and scalability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of past work
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design
• Ability to translate complex requirements into elegant and intuitive UI
• Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and prototyping tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with startups or SaaS platforms
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React, Flutter, etc.).

Salary (Competitive)
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly (based on experience).
