We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Unit Manager / Life Manager 

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Branch Manager

Job Summary

• We're hiring a Life Manager to lead a team of Life Planners (sales agents) in driving life insurance sales. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring agents, ensuring sales targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage a team of Life Planners
• Train, motivate, and support team performance
• Drive new business growth and achieve monthly targets
• Monitor field activities and ensure compliance
• Report regularly to the Branch Manager.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 3 years of experience.

Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
