The right Candidate for the job must possess:

• At least 12 years post-qualification cognate experience in a reputable Institution or organization;
• A good and practical knowledge of Computer applications.
• Evidence of registration with relevant professional bodies;
• Ability to perform within the University System;

Job : Director of Works
Location: Uyo
Qualification and Experience
The right Candidate for the job must possess:

• At least a good Bachelors degree not below Second Class Honours Lower Division in any field of Engineering from a recognized Institution;
• Evidence of registration with COREN;
• Ability to give direction to the complementary functions of the entire arms of the Works Department;
• A good and practical knowledge of Computer applications.
• Ability to perform within the University System;
• At least 20 years post-qualification cognate experience, most of which preferably should be in engineering services relevant to a University Works Department;

• A good Masters Degree in Purchasing and Supply/Business Administration/Statistics/Financial Studies/Law/Computer Sciences/Accounting/ Econornics/ Engineering/Architecture/Technology/ Marketing/Insurance/Quantity Survey/Entrepreneurship and Capital Market and other relevant disciplines;
• At least twenty-one (21) years cognate experience; and 15 years post qualification professional cognate experience and must have spent at least five (5) years on the post of Deputy Director (Procurement)
• Ability to perform within the University System
• A good and practical knowledge of Computer application.

• A good and practical knowledge of Computer application.
