Job Position: Virtual Accountant

Job Summary

• As a Virtual Accountant, you'll be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing financial statements, and providing financial guidance and support to our team.
• You'll work remotely and collaborate with our team to ensure accurate and timely financial management.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
• Provide financial guidance and support to the team
• Conduct financial analysis and make recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and timely financial management

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in accounting and financial management
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Reliable internet connection and suitable computer equipment

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud-based accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Knowledge of financial planning and budgeting
• Familiarity with financial analysis and reporting
