Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, courteous, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent service and enhance our guests’ dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen
• Serve meals and drinks promptly
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints
• Process bills and handle payments when required
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and appearance.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE qualification
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Neat appearance and positive attitude
• Strong teamwork skills.

Salary
N50,000 per month.
