Job Position: Warehouse and Inventory Officer

Job Location: Lekki/Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse and inventory Officer to oversee and manage our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the warehouse and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch
• Ensuring accurate tracking and management of inventory levels.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are properly documented and recorded
• Implement and maintain safety standards and procedures in the warehouse
• Liaise with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
• Ensure all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and serviced
• Monitor and manage warehouse raw materials,
• Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations to management.

Requirements

• Minimum academic qualification of an HND with at least 1 year of working experience
• Proven experience in warehouse or inventory officer
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer savvy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
