We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Warehouse Manager

Job Location: Abuja (FCT) - Head Office
Employment Type: Permanent

Job Summary

• Warehouse Manager oversees all Company equipment and spares at the warehouses. 
• He provides leadership and strategic initiative in the management of inventory. 
• He is expected to advise the DOP on stock levels and manage the inventory using the Sage inventory module. 
• He keeps a central record of warehouse transactions and coordinates monthly and annual reports from Store Officers and Site Heads.
• He is responsible for the mobilisation and demobilisation of power plants (Mob/Demob)

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Advises the DOP on inventory management
• Determines and automates stock levels and parameters like EOQ, re-order level, lead-time, etc on Sage
• Supervises all the Store Officers
• Gives instruction on material receipts and transfer to warehouses/Sites
• Receives monthly reports from Sites and Store Officers
• Liaising with the accounting department on vendor’s payment and posting reconciliations
• Advising management on obsolete stock items
• Handles monthly and annual inventory reconciliation
• Training of store officers and Site heads on inventory management
• Perpetual and periodic inventory
• Arranging logistics for Mobilization/Demobilization of plants.
• Post-demobilization Reconciliation
• Providing strategic initiatives

Qualifications & Experience Required
Education Required:

• B.Sc / HND in related field

Professional Certifications:

• Chartered Inventory Management Professional (CIMP)
• Chartered Institute of Warehousing and Material Management (CIWMM) or any other shall be an added

Minimum Experience Required:

• Minimum of 7 years of cognate experience
