Job Position: Warehouse Manager

Job Location: Calabar, Cross River

Description

• We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of goods.
• The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure operational efficiency, safety compliance, and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise warehouse operations for efficient handling, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS systems and conduct regular stock counts.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and turnaround time.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to improve productivity and performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, hazard-free warehouse environment.
• Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare routine operational and inventory reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–4 years of experience managing warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse processes, and safety standards.
• Experience using WMS/ERP systems.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
