In the manufacturing and production space, the group operates Elo Water in Otokutu, Warri, and EJ Bakery in Warri. Additionally, Honour Flow owns Elo Ice Cream, delivering sweet treats, alongside a fuel station and gas station serving the energy needs of the community. Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods within our warehouse operations.
• This key leadership role involves managing people, processes, and systems to ensure productivity targets are met, inventory is accurate, and warehouse operations align with company and safety standards.
• The ideal candidate will be a proactive, hands-on professional with a solid background in supply chain and warehouse management. You will lead a team comprising supervisors, forklift operators, and pickers/packers while ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and operational policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations and staff performance.
• Oversee accurate inventory management and stock control.
• Enforce health, safety, and security protocols within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Track and improve key warehouse performance indicators.
• Manage warehouse budgets, cost-efficiency strategies, and expenditure tracking.
• Respond to customer and supplier inquiries related to warehousing and logistics.
• Oversee and manage truck drivers' schedules, documentation, and performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of driver licenses, vehicle documents, and safety compliance.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and legal requirements.
• Train, mentor, and develop warehouse personnel.
• Optimize warehouse layout and ensure effective storage systems.
• Implement a system for issuing, recording, and tracking fuel or delivery coupons.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery and dispatch
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation for audits and reviews.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 3+ years of experience.
