Job Position: Warehouse Officer
Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a Warehouse Officer who will be responsible for Receiving incoming materials from vendors, managing warehouse/ store stock, replenishing shop floor stock, and maintaining accurate stock records.

Warehouse Officer Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor the accuracy of inventory and timely replenishment.
• Ensure all documentation related to responsibility is accurately processed, distributed, and released to all concerned on time.
• Ensures all responsibilities are complied with any company policy, systems, and industry.
• Managed inbound logistics
• Ensure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to goods received and goods dispatched including labeling of all stock items
• Report all warehouse activities monthly for stock inventory, and pallets kept at internal and external warehouses.
• Makes sure stock is arranged for easy physical count and stock-taking
• Replenish shop floor stock constantly
• To ensure physical stock takes correct in compared to the system and explain variances

Requirements

• OND / HND
• At least 1 year of store or warehouse experience
• High level of Integrity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to pay attention to detail.
• Inventory Control, Reporting skills, and ability to analyze Information,
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Proximity to Surulere, Ojuelegba, and Yaba would be most preferred.

Salary
N75,000 monthly.
