Job Summary

• We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Store Manager to lead our skincare boutique.
• You aren’t just managing a floor; you are Curating an experience.
• You’ll oversee daily operations, mentor a team of skincare enthusiasts, and ensure our clinic-meets-retail environment remains a sanctuary for our clients.

?Key Responsibilities

• ?Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire a team of Customer Service Reps to meet and exceed sales targets.
• ?Operations Excellence: Manage inventory levels, perform weekly audits, and oversee visual merchandising to ensure the store looks "Instagram-ready."
• ?Performance Tracking: Analyze KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as conversion rates and average basket value to drive growth.
• ?Community Engagement: Organize in-store events, workshops, and local partnerships to build brand loyalty.
• ?Who You Are
• Experence: Must have BSc, OND or HND and3+ years in retail management (beauty, wellness, or luxury goods preferred).
• ?Knowledgeable: You know your AHAs from your BHAs and can explain the importance of SPF to anyone.
• ?Strategic: You don’t just see a slow Tuesday; you see an opportunity for a flash promotion or outreach.
• Personality: Professional, performance driven, Charismatic, optimistic and must have high energy.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
