Job Position: Inventory Controller

Job Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Inventory Controller will be responsible for managing, tracking, and controlling stock levels to ensure accurate inventory records, minimize losses, and support smooth warehouse and operational activities.
• The role requires strong attention to detail, record-keeping, and coordination with procurement and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, and balances.
• Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and variance reports.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams on stock movement.
• Ensure proper documentation for all inventory transactions.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or losses promptly.
• Implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Support audit and compliance requirements related to stock management.

Requirements

• OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field with 2–4 years of experience in inventory or stock control.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management processes and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
