Job Position: Warehouse / Store Clerk

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are looking to employ a Warehouse staff who will be responsible for the overall warehouse operation activities - loading, unloading, moving and shelving product in an efficient and safe manner.
• Ensures orders are complete and on time - the right quantities in the right place at the right time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory by conducting, daily, weekly and monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data into the system.
• Pack and prepare orders for delivery; load vehicles; schedule and oversee deliveries and pick-ups.
• Maintain accurate filling records (both manually and electronically) of all inventory report, stock take, delivery notes and waybills.
• Prepare requisitions for needed materials to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Carry out regular review of the warehouse operation to ensure that all products are stored safely
• Prepare and submit reports and logs to your supervisor
• Co-ordinate inventory transfers from Warehouse to Shelves
• Maintain storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements to management.
• Observe health and safety standards; maintain warehouse in a clean, safe and orderly condition and ensure general upkeep of warehouse, including regular maintenance
• Develop good working relationships with those on your team, as well as in other departments.

Requirements

• OND, NCE or HND only with 2 years of work experience.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical fitness to handle lifting and moving of heavy items.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
