Job Position: Warehouse Supervisor II

Job Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Main Functions

• Supervises warehouse activities. Maintains records and schedules. Secures warehouse and supervises warehouse staff.
• Leads and directs the work of others.
• Accomplishes warehouse human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining workers.
• Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews, resolving problems, and identifying warehouse system improvements.
• Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position. Manages Warehouse First Line Supervisors to efficiently deliver safe, reliable and profitable operations.
• Typical positions: Second Line Warehouse Supervisor

Skills and Qualifications

• Management/ supervision of resources, safety management, attention to detail, prior warehouse or manufacturing experience.
