Job Summary

• The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• The role includes supervising warehouse staff, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring compliance with warehouse standards, and safeguarding all stock and warehouse assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all warehouse items, document stock movements, and generate reports to reflect warehouse performance.
• Organize and optimize inventory within the storage areas to ensure proper arrangement, safety, and accessibility.
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements or adjustments to existing processes and workflows.
• Enforce strict adherence to warehouse policies and procedures, including stock rotation practices such as FIFO.
• Monitor all shipments and inventory transactions to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Oversee all stock activities within assigned sections, ensuring proper handling, storage, and documentation.
• Plan and manage storage capacity effectively within designated sections.
• Ensure high inventory accuracy for all SKUs under assigned sections.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, Polytechnic qualification, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehousing, preferably within FMCG, production, or e-commerce environments.
• Strong communication skills with prior experience supervising a team.
• Detail-oriented, goal-driven, and committed to maintaining high operational standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work strategically while following established operational guidelines.
