Swift and Allied Partners Limited is a customer-based finance company with headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Wealth Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Objectives / Duties

• Source appropriately priced and structured deposit liabilities for the company from retail and institutional sources
• Manage wealth for HNI customers
• Cultivate new HNI clientele on an on-going basis.
• Meet assigned sales targets and quota
• Cultivate and maintain courteous and efficient relationship with HNI clients.
• Timely response to feedback and other customer related issues or requests.
• Participate in creating new and better marketing based on field experience
• Responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating the activities of the mobilization team to drive deposit mobilization.
• Innovate and develop attractive value-added deposit products and marketing strategies based on field experience.
• Generate leads for investment products

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Finance or any related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a bank or a financial / treasury sector as a liability generation officer
• Knowledge of banking, accounting, finance and tax
• Presentation and Negotiation skills
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills.
