Job Position: Wealth Manger

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new clients through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
• Promote the company’s wealth management services to attract potential investors and corporate clients.
• Meet revenue targets by advising clients on investment opportunities and financial planning solutions.
• Develop and execute investment strategies that align with clients' objectives.
• Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and financial products to provide informed investment recommendations.
• Develop customized wealth management plans based on client needs, including investment, tax, and estate planning strategies.
• Provide ongoing advisory services, conducting periodic portfolio reviews and recommending necessary adjustments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with asset managers, investment analysts, and financial planners to optimize client portfolios.
• Ensure proper diversification of assets to minimize risks and maximize returns.
• Build relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals and risk tolerance.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract fixed deposits and other investment products from individual and institutional clients.
• Meet and exceed deposit mobilization targets as set by the Organization.
• Identify and assess new business opportunities to expand the organization's deposit base.

Job Requirements

• HND qualification 
• 1-2 years in deposit mobilization, marketing, and Consumer lending, preferably in a financial institution or microfinance setting.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and deposit targets.
