Question:

What are your weaknesses ??

Intelligent answer -
sir. My weakness is that whenever a task is given to me, i can not relax even a bit before completing it.

Straight answer -
i'll tell you sir, when i find one.

Simple answer -
i am not perfect. Thats the only weakness.

Quick answer -

my weakness is sweets or chocolates.

Brilliant answer -

sir, i sure have some weaknesses. But i am working on them sincerely and will soon turn them into strengths.

You can choose any of them. 
The interviewer here wants to know that how well do you know yourself and whats your approach towards it.
