We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Account Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Execute and enhance existing client accounts for profitability, initiate new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
• Develop and present strategic ideas, manage project budgets to meet margins, and ensure accurate billing, prompt payments, and adherence to campaign budgets.
• Maintain high client service levels, manage client expectations, and build strong relationships with key contacts and partners.
• Oversee flawless project execution, develop detailed budgets, ensure proper planning and policy adherence, and hold necessary meetings and training.
• Monitor project quality, maintain accurate documentation and inventory, and ensure proper project closure and reconciliation.
• Capture and share data, compile and share case studies, and support quality checks for projects involving fabrications, productions, and installations.
